Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on November 08 spoke about the Chhawla Gangrape Case. I spoke about the decision of the court with lawyer Charu Khanna, who is handling the case, and with Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju. The victim is the daughter of our country and we will do everything we can to make sure she gets justice,” said CM Dhami. The Supreme Court acquitted three men on November 7 who had been sentenced to death by a Delhi court after they were found guilty of raping and murdering a 19-year-old woman in Delhi’s Chhawla district.
