The CBI has arrested a Russian hacker who is believed to be the mastermind behind the JEE leak that was reported last year. The suspect had issued a look-out circular against him and was detained at the immigration office at Delhi airport upon arrival from Kazakhstan. The suspect has been identified as Mikhail Shargin, officials said. Shargin was taken to agency headquarters for questioning and was likely to be arrested after midnight, sources said.
