Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Chief Mohan Bhagwat met with many Muslim intellectuals on September 22, including Chief Imam, Dr. Imam Umer Ahmed Ilyasi in the national capital. Commenting on the meeting, Chief Imam Dr. Ilyasi that the interaction will be received in good spirit as Mohan Bhagwat is the ‘Rashtrapita’. “Mohan Bhagwat visited today at my invitation. He is ‘Rashtrapita’ and ‘Rashtrarishi’, good tidings will go out from his visit. Our ways of worshiping god are different, but the greatest religion is humanity. We believe that the country comes first,” said Dr. Imam Umer Ahmed Ilyasi.
