PM Narendra Modi launched 5G services at a function hosted on Oct. 1 at Pragati Maidan in Delhi. Bosses of telecom giants in India showed solid unity behind PM Modi’s vision to revolutionize the telecom sector through 5G technology. Chairman of RIL, Mukesh Ambani, Chairman of Bharti Airtel, Sunil Bharti, Chairman of Aditya Birla Group, Kumar Mangalam Birla attended the launch event. Addressing the event, Ambani said 5G is much more than next-generation connectivity. Likewise, Bharti Airtel chief Sunil Bharti Mittal noted that the launch of 5G is the beginning of a new era. 5G technology offers a wide range of benefits to the common people. It will help provide seamless coverage, high data rate, low latency and highly reliable communication.
