Congress leader and party presidential candidate MallikarjunKharge made it clear on Oct. 13 in Delhi that the Gandhi family said anyone can participate in Congress’ presidential elections. He also said that the leaders-deputies were drafting him together as a candidate. “I am a candidate of delegates. Leaders-delegates put me together as a candidate. Dragging the name of the Gandhi family, I think, is BJP’s conspiracy to defame them and some people are encouraging it. I condemn this. They said anyone can fight,” the Congress leader said.
