Check out petrol and diesel rates in Delhi, Mumbai and other cities today

Fuel prices in India remained stable on Wednesday, November 2. Fuel prices in India have shown no significant swings for several months due to a record-breaking six-month freeze in fuel prices. There have been significant ups and downs in the price of crude oil in the world market in recent years, but stable prices have prevented the general population from benefiting from the decline in crude oil prices. Up to 85% of the country’s oil needs are covered by fuel imports. India, the world’s third largest fuel importer, is one of the countries that continues to buy Russian crude oil at a discounted price.

On November 2, the petrol price in the national capital Delhi remained below Rs 100 and costs Rs 96.72 per liter while the diesel price is Rs 89.62 per litre. Diesel costs Rs 94.27 and petrol costs Rs 106.31 per liter in Mumbai. The price of petrol in Chennai is Rs 102.65 per liter while diesel is sold for Rs 94.24 per litre. Kolkata charges Rs 106.03 for a liter of petrol and Rs 92.76 for a liter of diesel.
