Amid arguments over the letter from con man Sukesh Chandrashekar to the governor of Delhi, BJP spokesman Sambit Patra called his rival AAP in the national capital an extortionist party at a press conference on Nov. 1, saying that AAP has extorted a blackmailer. Sambit Patra said: ‘Sukesh Chandrashekar is a swindler and extortionist. It’s no exaggeration to say that AAP blackmailed a blackmailer. You will be surprised to know that the imprisoned AAP minus Satyendar Jain is his friend, a letter reveals the same.’
