The 250 ward Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) will head to the polls on December 4, while the results will be announced on December 7.

The song also tells how the Modi government worked on the development of Delhi, including the expansion of the metro network and the construction of a tunnel near Pragati Maidan.

Through the song, the BJP also accuses Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s government of turning the Yamuna into a “drain” and turning Delhi into a “gas chamber”.

Tiwari said that the main theme of the song “Sewa hi Vichar, Nahi Khokhle Prachar” (service is ideology, not empty publicity) is the opinion of BJP president JP Nadda.

Tiwari, a famous Bhojpuri actor and singer, said the song, his 5,025th, reflected the pain of Delhi.
