Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan said on Nov. 3 that people in Kerala are living in fear under Prime Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. He went on to say that the CM crosses ‘Laxman Rekha’. He said: “There are problems in which I have to intervene. I have not made any accusations. CM’s secretary was fired. Did he patronize those involved in the case without CM’s knowledge? Then it is a reflection on CM’s ability.” He also added: ‘For a month I sent back every file related to the university… There is a ‘Laxman Rekha’ for everyone. CM does not respond to the governor’s call and crosses ‘Laxman Rekha’… people in the CM office patronized the smuggling.
