At Birla’s house, Manjari asks about Shefali and Mahima handles the situation. Mahima yells at Parth, but he refuses to listen to her. Later he gets angry because Shefali doesn’t return home in time. Parth tries to justify his domestic violence, and Mahima orders him to get Shefali.
In Kasol, Akshara then goes in and sees a new arrangement with the bride and groom. Muskan then insists that Abhinav talk about his love story. She asks him to make a fake love story while Abhinav talks about how he fell in Akshara’s voice, this reminds both of them how they fell in love. Abhimanyu tries to go but Muskan stops him.
Akshara leaves there and Abhinav feels bad. Muskan apologizes to Abhinav for forcing him to stay and share a fake love story. On the other hand, Neelamma tells Akshara to reconsider the marriage and think about moving on with Abhinav.
Later Akshara tells Abhimanyu to leave them and go far away from them. She is trying to move on in life and he should too. Abhimanyu leaves as someone brings Abhinav home injured. Akshara asks the man to help him take Abhinav to the hospital, but he reveals that it is a doctor’s strike and all the hospitals are closed. Akshara then calls Abhimanyu for help, will he return?
