Following the hearing of exiled Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chief Yasin Malik’s 1990 murder case of IAF officer and 3 others, CBI attorney Monika Kohli announced on September 20 in Jammu that the next hearing will be held on October 19. “Today, Yasin Malik’s (chief of the banned J&K Liberation Front) case of murder of IAF officer Ravi Khanna and 3 others in 1990 was mentioned. All suspects, including Yasin Malik, were virtually present. He demanded a physical hearing and sent the same to the court,” the lawyer said. “The court has heard its plea and said it will question the witnesses after they attend in person. The last order on the same is yet to come. The next hearing is October 19,” he added.
