Udhampur blast: no injuries in 2nd explosion, probe on, says J&K Police | News

M Suleman, DIG (Udhampur-Reasi Range) on September 29 said 2 people were injured in the initial explosion. However, no injuries were reported in the second explosion. He also said an investigation is underway.
