Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan addressed the nation a day after he was injured in a gun attack near Wazirabad on Nov. 3. According to reports, Imran Khan was shot in the leg, but he is now safe and stable. According to Pak media reports, four people were injured in the shooting that took place during the meeting of the former Pakistani prime minister. The attack on Imran Khan is said to be an ominous and eerie throwback to the deadly bombing of Benazir Bhutto’s long procession from Karachi airport on her return to Pakistan on October 18, 2007.
